For structural and thermo-mechanical validation, NHOE utilizes established FEM/FEA modeling tools, while employing state-of-the-art software solutions for electronics and control systems applied to the delivered equipment. The engineering team performs analyses in both linear and non-linear fields, including:
- Advanced Thermo-Mechanical Analysis: Structural, thermal, pressure, and thermo-structural simulations, executed also through coupled-module (multiphysics) modeling to accurately evaluate simultaneous interactions between different physical domains.
- Dynamics & Stability: Modal, sine, and random vibration analyses, alongside buckling and structural instability checks.
- Fluid Dynamics & Kinematics: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), motion analysis, and mechanism dynamics.
