Quality Policy

The core business of NHOE S.r.l. consists of design, manufacturing, systems integration, and plant engineering activities in high-technology sectors, with particular reference to the aeronautical, space, industrial, transport, nuclear, territorial information systems, and energy sectors, with quality levels capable of fully satisfying all interested parties.
To achieve this objective, NHOE S.r.l. considers the application of the ISO 9001:2015 standard as a guideline and an integral part of its strategies. From this perspective, NHOE S.r.l. designs, implements, and manages its production and support processes in such a way as to ensure that the final product complies with customer requirements and with applicable mandatory regulations.
Furthermore, by basing its actions on “risk-based thinking,” NHOE S.r.l. aims not only to reduce project and production risks, but also to proactively implement activities designed to manage potentially adverse events at an early stage, with benefits in terms of timelines and product quality, as well as to identify, where possible, new opportunities to be seized.

NHOE pays close attention to the development of its activities in full compliance with the guidelines of its corporate codes (Code of Ethics, Health and Safety Policy, Human Rights Policy, Environmental Protection Policy), which must serve as tools to promote proper relationships between the company and employees/shareholders/suppliers/customers/partners.

Following the analysis of its context and on the basis of the principles set out above, NHOE S.r.l. operates by:

  • responding to customer requests, delivering—based on those requests translated into customer orders—a supply in which customer satisfaction is central, in terms of meeting expectations (including those not explicitly described in the specifications) for what NHOE delivers;

  • aiming to remain stable in the face of a complex and dynamic international scenario and, where possible, to increase the diversification of its customers and products (in the broad sense of services/products/sectors);

  • continuing R&D activities, in particular:

    • on European research topics, where results require excellence exclusively in engineering activities, in which NHOE expresses strong added value to research, thereby increasing its technological level offered to the market;

    • on programs with research institutions, where the objective is to define a “product” starting from low-TRL research projects and bring them to a high level of technological and product maturity;

  • pursuing the development of NHOE based on diversified skills and resources (number of people and facilities) to be made available to customers for new opportunities;

  • pursuing customer consolidation through a policy attentive to maintaining relationships not only through top management but also with Project Managers;

  • developing innovation aimed at achieving design and verification processes based on new software technologies and techniques, so that the same results can be achieved with fewer resources;

  • developing staff skills so that greater responsibilities can be entrusted to them, both at a technical and managerial level.
